At Boardroom Gaming Café, we believe a little play can go a long way. We're not just here for the games (although we're pretty fond of those too!). We're here for the friendships made across tables, the laughter, the shared experiences and the feeling of finding your people. As a Community Interest Company, we're passionate about making gaming accessible, breaking down barriers and creating a space where you can turn up exactly as you are. Whether you're here for a coffee, a competitive showdown or just a bit of company, there's always a seat at our table

There's always something brewing at Boardroom, and we're not just talking about the coffee!
Our weekly line-up is packed with friendly rivalries, epic showdowns and the occasional questionable dice roll. From official Organised Play and trading card tournaments to casual gaming, community socials and a good old-fashioned game of chess, there's plenty to sink your teeth into!
Never played before? Brilliant! Everyone starts somewhere, and you don't need to know your meeples from your mana to get involved. Already a seasoned player? Shuffle up, sharpen your strategy and prepare for battle!
Whether you're a competitive tactician, a casual player or just fancy trying something different, there's something happening throughout the week.
So, take a peek at our regular events, pick your next adventure and let the games begin!
Organised Play Schedules
Calling all Illumineers! Whether you're a seasoned player or just discovering the magic of Disney Lorcana, there's plenty happening in our vibrant Lorcana community.
Our weekly sessions offer everything from casual play and cooperative PvE adventures to competitive League play. We also host Set Championships, drafts and Lorcana Academies to help budding Illumineers learn the ropes and develop their skills.
Whether you're chasing victory, experimenting with a new deck or simply enjoying the magic, grab your favourite characters and join the fun!
Shuffle and prepare for battle! Magic: The Gathering is a firm favourite at Boardroom, with Commander regularly taking over our tables. Expect unpredictable plays, questionable alliances and the occasional spectacular betrayal!
There's plenty beyond Commander, too. Our calendar features Modern events, Pick-Two Drafts, Prereleases and an Artisan League with every new set, giving players plenty of opportunities to experiment, compete and put their deck-building skills to the test.
From relaxed multiplayer games to exploring new formats and strategies, there's always another spell to cast and another way to enjoy the game. Just remember to leave some mana open!
Ready to enter the Rift? Our Riftbound community is growing, with plenty of opportunities to summon your champions, test new strategies and enjoy everything this League of Legends trading card game has to offer!
Our fortnightly League brings players together for regular games, while casual play offers the chance to experiment with decks and discover new combinations. We also host Pre-Rift events, Magma Chamber events and Summoner Skirmishes, adding a little extra excitement to our Organised Play calendar.
So choose your champion, ready your battlefield and join us in the Rift!
